Ukrainian cheese opera IV

      In Western Ukraine (in Kosiv, Zakarpattia), several kinds of sheep cheese are produced: not only Vurda, but also Buts, and Bryndzia. Butz is a kind of gummi-cheese, almost salt free, whereas Bryndzia is salty and very salty. Both of them are good to eat drinking wine. But there is no good wine there, in WU:(
