Ukrainian cheese opera III

    I have no idea / keine Ahnung whether i'm too lazy all month of August long being more accurate and attentive in cheese-choice just at the beginning and à la fin of the month or indeed it's a sort of 'objective' reality that cheese becomes much better by the end of August...

     Here's perhaps one of the real chef-d'oeuvres, not innumerable at all, found at the market in X town.

     Our eaters were too impatient, so there's only the rest of the best on the picture :)

+ always linden honey from the village Starunya*, if i'm not mistaken...

* Starunya is known for Wooly Rhinoceros, Coelodonta antiquitatus (jr synonym: Diserorhinus antiquitatus), carcass with skin, as found in asphalt deposits in Starunia Oil Field, Poland (now Ukraine), 1929. And for the mud volcano, unique and the only one not just in the Carpathian region but in the whole world. They say.
  //The woman selling honey from this village was so surprisingly surprised when i told her i'm from Kyiv - she wondered how come i talk in Ukrainian so well...:)
   Still curious about the Ukrainians' image of Kyiv, Kiev imagé of / by the West-Ukrainian people. Une ville étrangère, éloignée, russischsprachige... für mich aber ist sie eine clamosa urbs negans vitam...//
